The parking lot is located at: Studeny proezd, building 7b. Nearby there are multi-storey residential buildings, as well as exits to the Moscow Ring Road and Ostashkovskaya Street. Near the parking lot there is all the necessary infrastructure: service and tire service points, car washes, gas stations and stores for related products.

The auction will take place online on the electronic trading platform. “Roseltorg”. To participate, you will need registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
