The new city station Kutuzovskaya united the fourth Moscow Central Diameter (MCD), the Moscow Central Circle (MCC) and the metro in the very center of the Dorogomilovo district.

The pedestrian gallery will pass over the MCC tracks and the roadway of the Third Ring Road. Thanks to it, the journey to the metro will be reduced by more than half – to one minute. In this case, you will not need to make a big detour.

It will also become more convenient for residents of microdistricts on the side of Kutuzovsky Prospekt to get to the MCD-4 station. The entrance to the new bridge will be located next to the pedestrian tunnel.

“The main thing for passengers is travel time and comfort on the road, so the development of hubs where several modes of transport, used by a large number of passengers, intersect is especially important for us. On Kutuzovskaya, in conditions of dense urban development, a new pedestrian bridge is being created. Transferring to the diameter from the metro will become faster, the MCD-4 station will become even more accessible for residents of the Dorogomilovo district. Last September, trains of the new fourth diameter began to stop at Kutuzovskaya, which connected two railway directions into a convenient route. Now passengers can travel without transfers, for example, from Aprelevka or Vnukovo to Maryina Roshcha, Three Station Square or Nizhegorodskaya. Trains run without daily breaks, and you can pay for trips using a Troika card – with a free transfer to the metro, MCC or between diameters.

Despite the cramped conditions of dense urban development and transport arteries, train traffic was not stopped during the construction of the station and inconvenience for motorists was minimized.
