Placement of replacement bonds for Moscow Credit Bank 5.15% Eurobonds until February 20, 2024 (ISIN RegS: XS1951067039, ISIN 144A: XS1951067542) (the “Eurobonds”).

On 05.02.2024 the placement of replacement bonds of ZO-2024-01 series starts by exchanging them for Eurobonds. The placement will last until 15.02.2024. To participate in the substitution you should contact your broker/depositary. There are two ways to participate in the placement: exchange and OTC. You can use the exchange-based method if your securities are held at NSD. As part of the on-exchange method of placement, your broker will need to place an address application at the exchange in accordance with the procedure specified in the issue documentation.

Key dates when substituting:

For exchange substitution:

Placement start date: 05.02.2024.

Placement end date: 02/15/2024.

The dates for accepting applications on the exchange:

From 05.02.2024 to 13.02.2024.

Settlement date: 2/14/2024.

(reserve day to fill in on 02/15/2024)

For OTC substitution:

Placement start date: 05.02.2024.

Placement end date: 02/15/2024.

Dates of receipt of offers in the bid book:

From 9:00 (Moscow time) on 05.02.2024 till 16:00 (Moscow time) on 13.02.2024.

Settlement date: 02/15/2024.
