MKB (Moscow Credit Bank) once again opens its doors to senior students of Russian universities and gives them the opportunity to get an internship as part of the MKB Universe program.

4th and 5th year students of financial, economic and technical specialties at leading Russian universities can apply for participation until March 31. Future specialists will be given the opportunity to test their abilities and skills in the area of business they are interested in: corporate investment, retail, working with wealthy clients, innovation or sustainable development. Ahead of them are 6 to 12 months of new challenges, complex, interesting tasks and professional growth. Those who successfully complete the internship will receive an invitation to stay and work at the ICD.

More information about the program and directions can be found here.

“Over the six years of its existence, the MCD Universe program has met and exceeded the expectations of not only students, but also administrators. Bank employees, to whom young people come for internships, note that the program helped them understand that hiring a talented student, even without experience, is often better than hiring an established professional who will not have to be taught, but retrained for certain tasks. After an internship, we invite many guys to join our staff; they become excellent specialists, ready for interesting projects and difficult tasks. MKB Universe is an excellent opportunity for students to express and realize themselves in a friendly and open company with a leader who is ready to invest time and effort in revealing their talents and potential. We are waiting for your applications for internships on the MKB Universe program website,” said Alena Efremova, Director of HR and Talent Development at MKB.
