OTC board for addressless over-the-counter transactions with the Central Committee: · OCTR – OTC: Bonds T. Settlement code: Y1. Payment currency is rubles. Lot size = 1.

The offer entry form and offer parameters are similar to the form and parameters of orders in the Main Trading Mode T. Risk parameters are determined by NCC. Requirements and obligations for over-the-counter transactions with the CCP are taken into account in the general clearing pool of the NCC. Clearing Participants admitted to clearing on the stock market, who are Trading Participants, are allowed to enter into over-the-counter transactions in the OCTR mode. Submission of offers for concluding transactions with instruments in this mode is possible only at the expense of the clearing participant or on behalf and at the expense of clients – qualified investors.

Provision of market data and reports under the OCTR regimePrices of over-the-counter transactions on the OCTR board are not included in the calculation of weighted average and market prices, recognized quotes, bulletins of organized trading, and are not taken into account in the SEM21 and SEM21A exchange information reports. Information about orders and transactions does not appear in stock exchange reports SEM02, SEM03. Information will be provided in the same extracts from the register of offers / over-the-counter trades EQM2T and EQM3T that are provided to clearing participants for offers / trades of the “Bilateral trades with the CCP” regime.
