The Russian government has decided to provide simplified export of grain cargo to be sent as humanitarian aid to Mongolia. The necessary instructions have already been given to customs and other regulatory authorities. This will help Mongolian livestock farmers, who find themselves in a difficult situation due to the extreme winter, survive the consequences of the disaster.

Severe cold and snowfall caused great damage to the livestock industry in Mongolia. Due to winter lack of food, livestock is dying, thousands of livestock farmers are in an extremely difficult situation.

To save farm animals, feed is needed. On behalf of the Russian Government, the Republic of Buryatia is sending humanitarian aid to Mongolia – more than 420 grain carriers with 8.5 thousand tons of grain fodder (fodder wheat and oats). Deliveries will be provided without payment of customs duties and taxes.

Coarse grains are high in protein and protein. It will contribute to the rapid restoration of the condition of farm animals affected by lack of food.
