The city will put up for auction the right to reorganize three plots with a total area of 4.2 hectares in the north of the capital under the integrated territorial development program (CTD). This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.

“Investors will be able to take part in bidding for the right to reorganize three sites in the north of the capital under the program of integrated development of territories. The winner of the auction will be able to build more than 42 thousand square meters of real estate. Investments in the implementation of the project are estimated at more than 11 billion rubles, and the annual budgetary effect after the implementation of the project is approximately 104.5 million rubles. As a result, about 230 jobs will be created in the Eastern Degunino region,” noted Vladimir Efimov.

The sites are located on Dubninskaya Street between Dmitrovskoye Shosse and the tracks of the Savelovsky direction of the Moscow Railway; they are part of one KRT project.

“The future investor will be able to build about 32 thousand square meters of residential development on the reorganized plots. In addition, it is planned to build 10.85 thousand square meters of public real estate, namely two bases for municipal and warehouse purposes,” said the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the capital’s Department of City Property

Previously Sergei Sobyanin reported, that a decision was made to reorganize the territories in the Yasenevo and Eastern Degunino districts.

As part of the KRT program, multifunctional city neighborhoods are being created, where roads, comfortable housing, public, business and sports facilities, as well as all the necessary infrastructure, are designed on the site of former industrial zones and inefficiently used sites. Currently in Moscow there are 228 KRT projects at various stages of implementation with a total area of about 2.7 thousand hectares. Projects are being worked on on behalf of Mayor of Moscow.
