An educational complex and a kindergarten will appear in Marushkinskoye settlement (TinaO) within the framework of the program to stimulate the creation of places of employment. The total area of educational institutions will exceed 26 thousand square meters. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.

“Under the program to stimulate the creation of places of labor application, the investor will build an educational complex with a school and a kindergarten for 1,625 places and a separate kindergarten for 250 places in Marushkinsky settlement of Ti-NAO. The developer has already obtained a permit for the construction of the kindergarten. As a result of the project realization 210 workplaces will be created”, – Vladimir Efimov told.

Children’s educational institutions will become part of the residential complex “Zapadniy Quarter”, located near the village of Bolshoye Svinorie and within walking distance from Sanino station of the Fourth Moscow Central Diameter.

“As part of the program to stimulate the creation of places of labor application, developers are building not only office and industrial, but also social facilities. The three-story kindergarten building will have 10 group cells and rooms for developmental classes. Specialized classes of engineering and information profile will be implemented on the basis of the educational complex”, – said the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy

Earlier in TINAO under the program to stimulate the creation of MPT, developers completed the construction of three kindergartens for 820 children and a secondary school for 1,150 students.

Over the four years of its implementation, the program to stimulate the creation of places of labor application has covered almost all districts of the city. The Moscow City Government has concluded more than 80 agreements with investors who are to build over 3.8 million square meters of real estate. These include new industrial enterprises, logistics complexes, office and retail facilities, as well as educational, cultural and sports institutions.

In total, more than 1.2 trillion rubles will be attracted to the development of the city and the creation of places of labor application, which will create more than 170 thousand new jobs in almost all sectors of the city’s economy.

Developers can apply for participation in the program through the online service at Moscow investment portal.
