So, Muscovites will vote on a name for the public gardenlocated in the Severnoe Medvedkovo neighborhood at the intersection of Shirokaya and Polyarnaya Streets. There are three variants – “Ust-Tsilemsky Square”, “Gukersky Square”, “Severozemelny Square”. All of them are connected with the Arctic exploration.

In addition, the townspeople will determine the name public garden in the Basmanny district. It is located along Bolshoi Kozlovsky Lane, near the house 13/17. It is proposed to be named in honor of Army General Andrei Vasilyevich Khrulev. There are also options related to nearby objects: “Ratmanovsky Square” and “Volleyball Square”.

It is located in the Prospect Vernadsky neighborhood between Lobachevsky and Udaltsova Streets, near the Russian Technological University “MIREA”. All the proposed names are related to science. Residents can choose from the options “Evtikhieva Street”, “Neevklidova Street” or “Oceanic Street”.

Participants of the “Active Citizen” project have already chosen names for more than 130 streets, boulevards, metro stations, the Moscow Central Diameter and other city facilities.
