A business center will be built in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district as part of a program to stimulate the creation of places of employment. This was announced by the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The business center will be built by an investor who is part of the MR Group group of companies. It will appear in 3rd Silikatny Proezd, near the Khoroshevo station of the Moscow Central Circle, as part of a residential complex.

“The project provides for the construction of a u-shaped administrative and business complex with an area of more than 85.5 thousand square meters. Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2028. After the facility is put into operation, over 12 thousand new jobs will appear in Khoroshevo-Mnevniki,” noted Vladislav Ovchinsky.

Over the four years of implementation, the program to stimulate the creation of employment opportunities has covered almost all districts of the city. The Moscow government has concluded more than 90 agreements with investors, which involve the construction of over 4.5 million square meters of real estate. These are industrial enterprises, logistics complexes, office and retail facilities, educational, cultural and sports institutions.

In total, over 1.4 trillion rubles will be attracted to the development of the city and the creation of places of employment. Thanks to this, more than 210 thousand new jobs will appear in almost all sectors of the city’s economy.

Developers can submit an application to participate in the program through the online service on the Moscow investment portal.
