On April 3, 2024, the Institute of Personnel Management, Social and Business Communications of the State University of Management organized an interesting and useful event – a master class by chef Maxim Savelyev.

The moderator of the master class is Maxim Savelyev, chef of the RFR Grill restaurant in the Moscow World Trade Center, founder of the WTC School of Healthy Nutrition. Trained in Germany, worked as a sous-chef at the Russian cuisine restaurants Ermak and Romanov, and as a chef at Veranda. Winner of culinary competitions, participant and expert of culinary programs on TVC and Channel One.

IUPSiBK students got acquainted with both the secrets of tasty and healthy nutrition and the intricacies of organizing and developing a restaurant business. Maxim Savelyev shared details of his own career in the catering industry and answered in detail numerous questions from students.

All participants of the master class received not only food for the brain, but also had the opportunity to try a branded immunomodulatory drink made from rose hips with linden, ginger and honey, which is one of the most popular during seasonal diseases.
