The site in the southwest of the capital is being reorganized under the integrated territorial development program (CTD). The project will be implemented by an operator appointed by the city. “In the course of comprehensive development, an inefficiently used area of 0.29 hectares in the Cheryomushki area will be reorganized. Over the course of five years, 9.5 thousand square meters of housing will be built there for participants in the renovation program and other urban needs. Investments in the implementation of the project are estimated at almost two billion rubles,” said Maxim Gaman.

The territory is located at the address: Kakhovka Street, property 20a (between Sevastopolsky Avenue and Perekopskaya Street, within walking distance from the Zyuzino metro station). Now there are outdated objects there.

Not only will housing be built on the site as part of the renovation program, but also commercial and social facilities will be placed on the first floors of new houses. This will provide residents with goods and services within walking distance. In addition, about 30 jobs will be created. It is also planned to improve the area and build a road network.

The operator of the KRT will be the Moscow Residential Development Renovation Fund, subordinate to the capital Construction Department.

“The renovation program is an important social initiative, thanks to which about a million Muscovites will be able to improve their living conditions. 200 people will be able to move into housing built in the Cheryomushki area as part of the renovation program,” explained the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction
