In six districts of the capital, 10 premises and one building were put up for city auctions. All of them are freely assigned. This was announced by the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the capital’s Department of City Property Maxim Gaman.

“The city offers entrepreneurs at auction a large selection of commercial real estate for business development. They are located in different areas and differ in area, location and other parameters. In the near future, auctions will be held for the sale of 2.3 thousand square meters of real estate,” said the head of the department.

The objects are suitable for the implementation of various business ideas – opening shops, offices, pick-up points, language schools, exhibition halls, dance studios, beauty salons and other organizations.

“The largest object is a building with an area of 982.8 square meters in the Otradnoe district of the North-Eastern Administrative District at the address: Yakushkina proezd, building 7. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until April 18, the auction will take place on May 2. Square the smallest object is 12.6 square meters. The lot is located in Northern Tushino at the address: Yana Rainisa Boulevard, building 2, building 1. Applications are accepted until April 15, and the auction will take place on April 25,” noted the general director City Property Management CenterDmitry Ryabov.

Three more premises are located in the Central Administrative District, two facilities each in the Eastern Administrative District and the North-Eastern Administrative District, one each in the Northern Administrative District, North-Western Administrative District and South-East Administrative District. Depending on the selected lot, applications will close on April 15, 16 and 19, and auctions will take place on April 25, 26 and May 3, respectively.
