“The awareness of national projects is at a consistently high level, and people are asking for their continued implementation over the next five years. As President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly noted, the main task of national projects is to ensure that Russians feel real changes for the better, regardless of where they live – in megacities, small towns or villages. It is extremely important to continue to popularize support measures and the possibilities of national projects, as well as to receive feedback from people on how effectively these measures work,” said Dmitry Chernyshenko.

In 2023, a large-scale project was launched to collect and monitor feedback on the quality and organization of work of facilities created in the regions of Russia under national projects. Users of social infrastructure can leave feedback on the condition of schools, hospitals, sports facilities and other public institutions.

According to a study by VTsIOM on the effectiveness of work on the country’s national development goals, the state is most successful in working on digital transformation.
