In 2024, when implementing projects within the framework of the Regional Investment Standard, lean technologies will be used when connecting to infrastructure (together with Rosatom and other partners). This will reduce the time for reviewing and making decisions on business investment projects, and in the future – scale up to the regions. This was reported by the department, commenting on the words of Russian President Vladimir Putin at the RUIE congress about the introduction of a unified mechanism for attracting investment in the regions.

Also this year it is planned to launch a system for receiving feedback from investors. To this end, the work of the “one window” for processing investor requests will be gradually improved in all regions, and the time frame for responding to their requests will be reduced. In addition, the generated investment proposals from development agencies will be placed on the investment map, which has already been put into operation and is available to entrepreneurs and investors.

The Russian Ministry of Economic Development, together with the regions, based on business requests, has developed a regional investment standard. It has already been implemented in 89 regions and its development is planned for 2024. The regional investment standard, in particular, consists of an investment declaration of the region, development agencies, special committees solving the problems of investors, a set of rules for connecting investment projects to infrastructure and the recently launched investment map of the Russian Federation (
