In the Russian Federation, in accordance with the decisions of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, a national “single window” mechanism is being created in the field of foreign economic activity, which is aimed at ensuring standardized cross-country electronic document flow between participants in foreign trade activities and government bodies of the EAEU member countries and third countries.

In each of the EAEU member states, a survey will be conducted on the platform of the Eurasian Economic Commission among entrepreneurs and authorities to determine priority tools for implementing the “single window” mechanism.

Complete the survey from April 25 to May 31, 2024 on the Commission’s information resources by filling out the questionnaire link. Instructions for filling out the questionnaire are also available at the link provided.

The answers are important for determining the priority of organizational, legal, technological and technical measures that will be implemented by the EAEU member states as part of the development of national “single window” mechanisms to ensure compatibility (interoperability) of the national “single window” mechanism of the Russian Federation with information systems and platforms of states -members of the EAEU, other states, international organizations and integration associations.
