The best will be chosen by a professional jury. Experts will evaluate the level of vocals, complexity of the repertoire, artistry, costumes, props and the overall impression of the performances.

Admission to concert and festival venues is free. The largest of them will be located on Manezhnaya Square, near the Polytechnic Museum and on Revolution Square. A special pontoon will be built at the Patriarch’s Ponds for performances.
