Representatives of the State University of Management took part in the Russian-Chinese Conference on Cooperation and Exchange in Education, which was held in Moscow.
The main topic of the conference was issues related to meeting the educational needs of the two countries at various levels and in different categories.
Among the speakers were representatives of international organizations, authorities, the diplomatic corps, business circles, public organizations, scientists and cultural figures of the two countries.
From the State University of Management, the event was attended by the head of the Department of International Cooperation of the State University of Management Igor Polyachenko and Chinese undergraduate students Liu Tong and Zhou Yu.
The conference was opened by Bai Wenhui, Vice President of the Chinese Association of Non-Governmental Education and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shandong Vocational and Technical University of Foreign Studies.
Also taking part in the conference was the First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs and the Dean of the Faculty of Public Administration of Moscow State University Vyacheslav Nikonov.
Igor Polyachenko made a presentation on business internships for Russian entrepreneurs in the People’s Republic of China. Aspects such as best practices in organizing internships, problems and prospects for integration trends in business and education, as well as the development of joint multilateral educational programs were considered.
The participants discussed issues related to creating a stable platform for communication and exchange of experience among students and faculty, in-depth cooperation in various aspects such as curriculum systems, teaching methods and teacher training.
The Russian-Chinese conference was organized with the assistance of relevant government departments, various educational institutions and enterprises of China and Russia. The goals of this meeting are not only the development of education and enlightenment of both countries, but also the strengthening of friendship and mutual trust between the two peoples.
